目的：

通過一些心理學知識和實踐意義，闡述教師的個人特長對小學生存在的影響，增強教師提高個人特長素質的意識。讓家長了解到個人特長對小學生的全面發(fā)展及性格塑造有正面影響，打破家長只重視孩子考試成績的舊觀念，讓學生更健康的學習、成長。意義：

在教師個人特長的熏陶下，給小學生提供一個展現(xiàn)自我的平臺，有利于激發(fā)小學生各方面的學習興趣、表現(xiàn)欲望和不斷進取的精神。在特長學習過程中，磨練小學生的意志，培養(yǎng)小學生吃苦耐勞的精神和交際能力。學以致用的過程中，讓小學生理論聯(lián)系實踐，融入到校園之外的生活圈，體驗生活，開拓小學生的眼界，讓他們的思維更加敏捷，促使小學生的身心更健全的成長，充分實現(xiàn)教師有價值的“教”和學生有價值的“學”。

現(xiàn)狀：

目前，國內外開設了許多特長培訓班，但這些班級幾乎都是一些在校外開辦的私立班級，沒有把特長學習和學校里的書面學習有機結合起來，無法實現(xiàn)小學生真正意義上的德、智、體、美、勞全面發(fā)展。學校里有特長的教師很少，而且具有的特長比較單一，或者大多數(shù)有特長的教師只注重按時授予關于特長的基礎知識，不能充分利用課堂資源來發(fā)現(xiàn)和激發(fā)小學生的興趣愛好，導致一些小學生對特長所具有的天賦被抹殺，或者一些小學生的家長不了解自己孩子的興趣愛好，盲目地把家長自己的意愿強加給孩子，讓他們去學習自己并不感興趣的東西，不利于學生的健康成長。

小學生特長的興趣激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)不能與學校課本知識的教學有機結合，忽視了教師的個人特長對小學生的影響，一個身心健康、活潑的孩子才能夠更好的接納和理解教師授予的課本知識，促進其發(fā)展，而國內外對這一問題的研究還是比較少，不夠全面，不夠成熟。

發(fā)展趨勢：

當今社會，各類特長文化已經(jīng)發(fā)展到相對沿海城市較落后的小城市，并且得到逐步的完善，特長文化的大量普及將會從生活中影響到家長只注重孩子分數(shù)的看法，從而又進一步推動特長文化的大量普及。當今學生的特長學習更加豐富、高質量、多元化，改變了以往單一枯燥乏味的學習模式。每個學生都有可能成為小學教師，后一代的小學教師將會是多才多藝全面發(fā)展的新一代教師，對這一領域的研究也將會越來越多，越來越全面。

主要的研究內容有：

需要解決的關鍵問題和思路：

a、利用課余時間和學生進行交流。

b、利用課堂提問、課堂交流。

２、怎樣讓小學生感受到學習特長的價值：

a、學校可以多組織一些有意義的活動，讓學生積極參與。

b、教師帶領學生去校外參加比較大型的比賽。

c、給一些特長比較突出的學生給予鼓勵和獎勵，激勵每個學生不斷進取。

３、為什么特長學習會有利于其他學習：

a、特長學習磨練人的意志，讓學生養(yǎng)成做事不半途而廢的良好習慣。

b、特長學習在潛意識中，能讓學生塑造一個活潑開朗的性格，增強交際能力。

c、在長期的演出、比賽中，培養(yǎng)良好的心理素質。

解決的辦法：

1、本課題研究的方法主要有：文獻查閱法、觀察法、問卷調查法等。

2、積累與該課題相關的知識，借鑒別人成功的經(jīng)驗，對查閱文獻資料和知識進行整合等，并在老師的精心指導下完成本研究。
