1.同學們，一上課呢，老師先邀請大家一起來欣賞一些電腦作品。想不想看，好，注意這些作品都有哪些特色。

2.展示用word制作的各種優秀的小報素材。

3.學生觀看課件后，回答問題。(作品中有圖片、文字，有豐富的顏色等。)

4.設問啟發：同學們，你們知道這些小報作品是用什么軟件制作出來的嗎？

5.介紹word的基本知識：word在英文中是字、詞的意思。這里指的就是軟件名稱。word是microsoft(微軟公司)的office系列辦公自動化軟件的重要組件之一，運行于windows操作系統，是目前應用最廣泛的文字處理軟件之一，它具有非常強大的字處理功能。下面我們就一起來認識 word。

1. word的啟動

(1) 復習舊知：同學們，還記得如何啟動一個應用程序嗎？以“寫字板”為例說一說。

(2) 下面老師提出一個新的挑戰，想請一位同學來幫老師啟動word軟件。誰愿意來接受挑戰！請生示范。

(3) 教師提問：是不是還有其他的啟動方法？

(4) 學生上機嘗試、交流。請個別學生向全班學生作示范。

(2) 老師下面還給大家帶來了一個挑戰，大家有沒有發現一個小秘密，其實word窗口和寫字板窗口很相似，你能用你們的“火眼金睛”來找一找它們的異同嗎？(老師適時請生再表述一下各部分的作用。)

3.輸入文字 保存word文檔

(1) word中輸入文字的方法和寫字板很相似，老師下面布置一項作業：在word中輸入一句介紹自己的話。(時間一分半鐘)

(2) 下面我們要保存剛剛輸入的內容，想一想：如果在寫字板中，我們是用什么方法來保存自己的文章的？

(3) 在word中，我們仍可以用同樣的方法來保存文章。只要單擊工具欄中的“保存”按鈕，或者選擇“文件”菜單下的“保存”選項就可以了。

(4) 練習：以《姓名+課題號》(師講解規范要求)為文件名，保存自己的文件到d盤。

(5) 師生小結：文檔保存方法及注意事項：文件名、保存位置，并提示到保存的位置打開文件看看。

(1) 工作完成了，我們可以和新伙伴說再見了，退出word，你會嗎？

(2) 拓展：探索其它退出word的途徑，小組討論一下，看哪個組退出的方法多、方法好，然后我們交流。
