下面，我從以下六個方面對自己所要做的工作做一安排：

一、認真對待學校及學院各項事務，在事項的傳達方面做到及時有效，在各項活動的組織及安排上盡全力協助學院做好各項工作。

二、迎新工作做到細致入微。從他們剛進校門的第一刻開始，給他們一種家的感覺和溫馨是非常重要的，通過在招新之前的接待，報到注冊等各個方面，聯合本班及09及本專業同學一起負責接待工作，通過去寢室聊天等方式，讓他們感覺到我們時時在關注著他們，關心著他們，給他們一種家的溫暖。

三、制定大學規劃，做好人生安排。我們的大多數大學生到現在都沒有一個準確的定位和目標，我認為一個學生要在大學里面生活的充實，必須對自己做一個明確的定位，對自己的大學生涯做一個具體的規劃。有目標才會有奮斗的方向和動力。通過聽講座，和專業老師、學院老師的溝通，每個老師負責十幾個同學，一個大二或大三的學生負責一個新生，實行這樣的點對點的幫助和輔導，讓新生對自己有一個準確的定位，能夠在出現困惑和迷茫的時候，隨時找到學姐、學長或老師求助。

四、重點抓學習。鼓勵大家多去圖書館；提起對專業的興趣；上晚自習；臨近考試或者四級考試時找老師進行輔導。首先，大一新生在對本專業的認識上存在誤區，有極大一部分同學在填報志愿的時候沒有受一定指導，導致很多同學在專業的選擇上比較迷茫，甚至有很多同學是調劑過來的，以致對本專業有一種思想上的排斥，所以首先讓他們對本專業有一個明確的認識是很重要的，在這方面也只能通過與老師、大三大四同學的接觸來初步樹立起對專業認識。其次，提起對專業的興趣，建議專業老師在給其他年級上專業實踐課的時候，帶上大一新生，平時以推薦專業書目，創造更多與大二、大三同學及老師接觸的機會來提起其對專業的興趣。再次，讓他們對學分制，四級考試等各種相關等級考試以及公共課、基礎課、選修課、考研等內容對大學學習的影響、在大學生活中的作用有一個初步的認識。對一些有轉專業的想法的同學，就轉專業考試、所轉專業的認識上給予一定的指引，認真對待學校舉辦的各項講座，將聽講座作為大一生活學習的一個部分，這樣有利于提升其對自己的認識，接觸更多新的觀念及思維方式。在大學期間，加強其思想政治方面的教育是非常必要的，加強思政教育在很大程度上有利于提高廣大學生的普遍成熟度，這方面可以利用我們黨支部的資源對其進行一定的指引。大學主要以學習為主，讓圖書館、自習室成為其學習的第二課堂。

五、關注生活，輕松學習。盡快引導其適應大學生活，合理安排其課余時間，多進寢室了解其在生活、學習中的困惑，進行一對一的交流與幫助，鼓勵更多的專業學生關心和指導新生在生活和學習上的困惑。有一個好的生活環境和融洽的生活氛圍對以后的大學生活、學習有著很重要的作用，處理好與同學、室友以及周邊同學和老師的關系，對大學生來說，是一門最基礎也是最重要而且是最難的.課程。這是一項長期且艱巨的工作，除了經常的進寢室了解一些基本信息，多關心和了解一些同學的近況，及時溝通并排除其心理壓力之外，我還沒有想到更好的解決這類問題的辦法。

六、踏實工作，以提升個人能力為目的，做到全力以赴。認真對待學生會、班級及各各學校組織、社團的相關工作，處理好工作與學習的關系，以提高自己各方面的能力。大學里，將會擁有更多的空閑時間，如何有效的支配這些時間，同樣是所要重視的。首先在參加各學生組織、學生會、社團的報名、選舉方面給予一定的指引。其次，在找兼職方面提供一定的平臺，并及時給予一定的幫助。
