一、我們是今年1月9日開始值班的。

由于我們是一支新組建的團隊，而且又是在珠寶城這樣一個大型的國際化企業里工作，責任重大，壓力千鈞。為了保質保量完成、履行好肩負的使命，上一年我們重點抓了三項工作。

二、一年來工作的體會

一年來的工作、學習和生活，我們取得了很多的成績，也得到了鍛煉和提高，可以說受益非淺。主要得益于以下幾個方面：

一是得益于公司領導的正確領導和悉心關懷。首先，張衍祿主任身為領導，在各項工作中都能走在前面，干在前，給廣大隊員樹立了榜樣，增添了干勁和信心;同時，張主任、李主任等領導曾多次親臨保安隊，給隊員講形勢、講要求，講保安業務和物業管理方面的知識，使廣大隊員深受鼓舞;更重要的是每一次大的活動，張主任等領導，都能親臨現場，組織指揮。所有這一切，都是我們保安隊出色完成任務的重要的保證。
