關于畢業證、學位證領取的說明：

1、學生必須持離校通知單、學生證和身份證到各系領取畢業證、學位證，并在《2011屆學生畢業證書領取登記表》、《2011屆學生學位證書領取登記表》上簽字后，方可發證。

2、有部分學生由于個人助學貸款沒有交清，此部分學生在領取畢業證書時除遵照以上要求外，必須憑學生處出具的有關貸款繳清的證明。沒有證明的一律不發。

3、畢業證、學位證原則上不能代領，如確因特殊原因無法本人領取的，請憑：委托書、委托人身份證復印件、代領人身份證復印件進行代領（注：委托人必須為旅游管理系的學生）。委托書模版詳見附件。注：委托書必須由委托人親筆手寫，并在委托人處簽名、按手印確認。代領人也須在代領人簽名處親筆簽名，并按手印確認。

二、領取注意事項

1.領取三證時需攜帶簽字筆及鉛筆各一支，以備簽名改誤使用。

2.找同學代領需提交委托書（已上傳群共享），無委托書者不予發放三證。由代領人負責審核個人信息（包括姓名、性別、專業、身份證、報到證派遣信息等），確認無誤后，代領人簽名確認。所以各位代領人需要提前掌握委托人個人相關信息。3.領取三證時需要審核并填寫每位同學的個人信息及派遣信息，表格（已上傳群共享），委托他人代為領取三證的同學，務必提前填好表格相關信息，及時告知代領人，由代領人代為審核及填寫。

2009級南陽理工學院成人高等教育計算機應用技術專業的專科畢業證書從2011年10月11日起開始發放，具體領證要求如下：

1、證書發放的具體時間每周一至周五上午900——下午400（雙休日，法定公休日，2011年10月14日等特殊時間不發放證書）；

2、領證時需攜帶本人的身份證等有效證件，若本人不能親自領取證書可找親屬代領，代領人必須攜帶本人身份證原件、復印件及被代領人的身份證復印件；

3、學校一律不向學生提供郵寄畢業證書和檔案的服務（因郵寄過程中有遺失情況存在，且畢業證書和檔案一旦遺失不能補辦）；
