匯博輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生守則

1、尊敬師長(zhǎng)，尊敬長(zhǎng)輩，團(tuán)結(jié)友愛(ài)，同學(xué)遇到困難要互相幫助。舉止文明，禮貌待人，不說(shuō)臟話，不叫同學(xué)綽號(hào)，同學(xué)之間不得吵架，更不得打架斗毆。

2、自覺(jué)遵守課堂紀(jì)律，不大聲喧嘩、嬉鬧。自己認(rèn)真完成作業(yè)，獨(dú)立思考，不懂就問(wèn)。

3、愛(ài)護(hù)公物，不亂涂亂畫(huà)課桌及墻面，不損壞公共設(shè)施。

4、保持教室整潔，自己的物品要擺放整齊，不隨地亂丟果皮、紙屑等東西。

5、講究衛(wèi)生，用餐之前要洗手。用水、用電后要隨手關(guān)上，不浪費(fèi)糧食，用餐和飲水后

餐具和水杯不亂擺亂放，要有序放回指定位置。禁止進(jìn)入廚房。

一、申請(qǐng)人基本情況：楊自堯 男 1980年出生，大專學(xué)歷 河 北省曲陽(yáng)縣靈山鎮(zhèn)朱家峪村人 現(xiàn)居住于曲陽(yáng)縣富成莊園小區(qū)

二、申請(qǐng)事項(xiàng)：在曲陽(yáng)縣惠友購(gòu)物廣場(chǎng)成立“曲陽(yáng)匯博影院”。

三、申請(qǐng)理由：根據(jù)《國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳關(guān)于促進(jìn)電影產(chǎn)業(yè)繁榮發(fā) 展的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》（國(guó)辦發(fā)〔2010〕9號(hào)）精神。電影是深受人民群眾喜聞樂(lè)見(jiàn)的文藝形式，堅(jiān)持大眾藝術(shù)為大眾，滿足人民群眾的精神文化需求，是電影工作的根本要求。繁榮發(fā)展電影產(chǎn)業(yè)，是社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下保障人民群眾基本文化權(quán)益、滿足人民精神文化需求的重要途徑。電影不僅僅是一種消費(fèi)，更是一個(gè)地區(qū)文化底蘊(yùn)的直觀表現(xiàn)，精神文明建設(shè)的一種體現(xiàn)。曲陽(yáng)匯博影院的成立將為曲陽(yáng)縣廣大人民群眾休閑娛樂(lè)文化生活添加新的活力。

尊敬的縣領(lǐng)導(dǎo)：

曲陽(yáng)匯博影院位于曲陽(yáng)縣匯博金地財(cái)富廣場(chǎng)——惠友商場(chǎng)五層，影院實(shí)際面積900平方米，在河北省電影公司所屬的金棕櫚影城指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)裝修。整體設(shè)計(jì)由具有國(guó)家乙級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)的河北麗都建筑裝飾工程有限公司完成，裝修完全依據(jù)地級(jí)市現(xiàn)代化影院為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

曲陽(yáng)匯博影院共計(jì)4個(gè)廳，兩個(gè)2k帶3d功能的影廳，能同步上映國(guó)內(nèi)外影片，兩個(gè)1.3k影廳。座位共計(jì)350個(gè)，另附有一個(gè)現(xiàn)代化4d影廳，為北京一品紅公司連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng)。影院總體投資共計(jì)350萬(wàn)元，裝修已經(jīng)完成，并取得了消防驗(yàn)收證書(shū)和衛(wèi)生許可證書(shū)，影院名稱已在工商局預(yù)備案。現(xiàn)急需辦理放映許可證交到省電影公司、北京國(guó)家電影總局進(jìn)行備案和放映密鑰的發(fā)放。

曲陽(yáng)影院的建設(shè)我們是通過(guò)為期3個(gè)月的考察和市場(chǎng)調(diào)研而決定投資的一個(gè)文化娛樂(lè)項(xiàng)目，我們投資影院建設(shè)的出發(fā)點(diǎn)有以下幾點(diǎn)：

1、國(guó)家政府扶持和鼓勵(lì)私人投資數(shù)字影院建設(shè)；

2、2011年河北省宣傳部大力支持縣城數(shù)字影院建設(shè)為我們指明了數(shù)字影院建設(shè)的方向——數(shù)字影院建設(shè)是國(guó)家五年計(jì)劃的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，是精神文明建設(shè)的一個(gè)重要組成部分。

3、我縣人民對(duì)現(xiàn)代化數(shù)字影院有強(qiáng)烈的觀影文化需求；

4、在和河北電影公司、中聯(lián)院線的溝通過(guò)程中，均表示了大力的支持。

5、電影院是大眾娛樂(lè)文化消費(fèi)，能更好的和現(xiàn)代化精神文明建設(shè)有機(jī)的相結(jié)合。也是縣城精神文明建設(shè)的一個(gè)重

要體現(xiàn)。

基于以上五點(diǎn)，我們通過(guò)各種途徑籌資興建了曲陽(yáng)匯博影院，裝修已經(jīng)在年前完成。但是在申請(qǐng)放映許可證是我們遇到了前所未有的阻力。因去年曲陽(yáng)新建了一個(gè)1個(gè)廳的宏州影院，曲陽(yáng)文廣新局不再進(jìn)行第二家的放映許可證的辦理。（宏州影院位于曲陽(yáng)雕刻廣場(chǎng)的西側(cè)，就一個(gè)容納110人的影廳，在設(shè)計(jì)及裝修上均不能達(dá)到現(xiàn)代化影院的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在前期開(kāi)張火了幾天后一直不景氣。）我們站在政府和諧發(fā)展的角度上，避免因?qū)σ恍┫嚓P(guān)政策的不理解導(dǎo)致誤會(huì)的產(chǎn)生，我們通過(guò)相關(guān)途徑對(duì)許可證的辦理進(jìn)行了溝通和調(diào)解，但是最終的答復(fù)是不能給我們的申請(qǐng)簽字蓋章。原因?yàn)榍?yáng)文廣新局答應(yīng)了宏州影院曲陽(yáng)只能有一家影院。

我是一名80后的年輕人，投資興建這個(gè)影院主要是了解了國(guó)家的對(duì)影院的一些相關(guān)政策，但我不明白為什么到了我們縣里就這么難，我們沒(méi)有拿著這些錢去做一些投機(jī)生意，而是想踏踏實(shí)實(shí)的做一些對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展有好處的實(shí)體事業(yè)。在投資的前期我明白發(fā)展影院的難處，但不是手續(xù)難，而是長(zhǎng)期經(jīng)營(yíng)影院對(duì)于不是很發(fā)達(dá)縣城來(lái)說(shuō)不是很成熟，一般縣城影院的建設(shè)不是很景氣并具有很大的投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。但是我們經(jīng)過(guò)了長(zhǎng)期的考察和慎重的考慮我們有信心和決心發(fā)展好我們縣的電影文化市場(chǎng)。

我們還是年輕的一代，創(chuàng)業(yè)是我們最大的夢(mèng)想，我們所投資的350萬(wàn)元大部分是我們通過(guò)私人關(guān)系借的錢，沒(méi)想到就讓我們這樣擱淺了這里，這段時(shí)間給了我們很大的打擊。我們年輕人在自己的家鄉(xiāng)

想創(chuàng)業(yè)就這么難嗎？我們年輕人不怕輸不起，但是對(duì)沒(méi)有開(kāi)展工作因這種事情讓我們“死于非命”，我們是真心不甘。我們從開(kāi)始就沒(méi)想走到這一步，不想給領(lǐng)導(dǎo)添麻煩，只想通過(guò)我們踏實(shí)、實(shí)干做出一番自己事業(yè)，為自己的家鄉(xiāng)做一份應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。而現(xiàn)在我們每個(gè)月的房租、部分員工的開(kāi)支和我們投資350萬(wàn)的利息，每個(gè)月的損失就在20萬(wàn)左右，給我們帶來(lái)了極大的壓力。
